It all began more than 30 years ago with two newlyweds who believed there was a better way for children to learn and grow.

Ms. Rita, a devoted educator, and Mr. Hersh, a natural teacher and entrepreneur, created an approach centered on self-inspired learning.

Drawing from Montessori principles, they thoughtfully adapted the philosophy to meet the needs of today’s world and built a learning environment shaped by curiosity and purpose.

Today, our leadership team carries this vision forward, remaining true to the values that continue to define our school.
